Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your purchased items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right.

Return Window: You must report a defect or damage within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs: You will not pay anything to send the faulty product back to us. Since our products are very small items, we won’t require that they be shipped back. We will require photos of the damaged or defective goods.

Resolution Options: Once we confirm the damage or defect, you may choose:

• A full refund to your original payment method.

• A free replacement shipped at no extra cost.
